Lost Order Policy:

If your order has been lost in transit, we offer a hassle-free solution through our Navidium Shipping Protection. To ensure prompt assistance:

  • Report Timeframe: All lost orders must be reported within 30 days from the shipping date.
  • Shipping Carrier: Please note that all orders are shipped via USPS*.
  • Navidium Shipping Protection: If you opted for Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, you are eligible for a replacement or refund if your order is lost. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, ExpressionMed is not responsible should your order arrive damaged or is lost in transit.

How to Report a Lost Order:

  1. Check Tracking: Before reporting, please check your tracking information via the USPS website.
  2. Contact Us: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, reach out to us immediately at [email protected]
  3. Provide Details: Include your order number, tracking number, and any relevant information.

Next Steps:
