There are several ways to check the status of your order:

1. Email Notifications

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details such as items purchased, shipping address, and total amount spent.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This link allows you to monitor your order as it moves through the postal system. Please allow 24-48 business hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

2. Customer Account

  • Login: Sign in to your customer account to view your order history. You’ll be able to see the current status of your order and access tracking information directly from your account.

3. Shop App

  • Track via Shop App: If you use the Shop App, you can log into your Shop account to track your order. The app provides a convenient way to view your order history and tracking details.
