Return Policy:
If you need to return an order or specific items from an order, please email us at [email protected] with the details of your return request.
Return Guidelines:
- Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Items: Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
- Final Sale: All apparel and accessories are final sale and can only be returned if they are damaged or mislabeled.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), ExpressionMed will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is not a result of our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
